I rented the place for one night as we had the cruise to go to the next day. Of course, I paid the fee and received the confirmation. The property manager contacted me and said that if I want the house I have to rented for an extra night. I wrote him that I just need it for one night. As soon as he received my email he canceled my reservation. He put my family and I in a bad situation. That is not how a customer should be treated. He was not nice about it or polite.

Property was not clean with sticky residue on the floors and inside of freezer was dirty. Also, we saw multiple roaches in the house. The freezer/refrigerator also did not work. Lost multiple cold grocery items of about 50. Messaged the host about it and did not reply back until after we checked out. Neighborhood was very sketchy but no one bothered us.

This was a very convenient location. Had everything we needed and beds were comfortable.

The refrigerator wasn’t getting cold….some of our food was ruined. The tub and shower had hair in them. Not what we expected compared to some of the other places we’ve stayed.

We had an amazing stay ! No complaints the neighborhood is a little questionable but we had no issues with anyone everyone keeps to their self. Also just want to note the property doesn’t have a lot of pits and pans and cooking utensils so do keep that in mind otherwise I loved it here !!
