Parking was tight but doable…. Very clean & comfortable….. easy transition but must travel out of neighborhood to eat or hang

Nice place for low use during event weekends. Had to message owner a couple of times for a simple request but they were pleasant to deal with

Clean, well organized apartment with the amenities and toiletries one expects. Guaranteed parking was nice since the street was tight. Freeway is less than a mile away and the river bike path is nearby too. Big plus was that each bedroom and the main room had an A/C unit.Not many fast food options super close, but a few miles away is a huge shopping center with dozens of food and clothing stores. Host had all the info I needed ready to go and was quick to respond. We were busy down by the Long Beach Arena for 3 days and it was nice to have a clean, cool place to come back to.
