We used it as a landing spot for 3 adults attending a conference, and it was perfect for our needs

Location was great! 15 minutes to most parks. The condo was a nice size with two main bedrooms. It could use some updating. Baseboards needed to be painted, mold in bathroom, and overall needed a freshen up. Communication with owner was great and timely. Overall, we had a fun time!
