Apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all kitchenware, pots and pans. Living room with wall-mount fireplaces and HDTV/Cable and Roku, DVD, stereo, free WiFi and Air Conditioning. All linens and towels provided as well as additional items like hairdryer, iron with small ironing board. Outside deck with patio furniture, gas BBQ and fire-pit area. Free private parking. Overall our stay was fantastic. Several quick notes, however. When we arrived the key-lock was unlocked and the keys were in it. Not sure if that's your usual practice. The location, convenience, and ease of booking were certainly highlights. My only tiny comment was that while we were there, one family also arrived and took claimed all of the visitor parking and poached several other spaces.

Unit 7 was a perfect stay for weekend in Lake Placid for my college friend's bachelor party. My only critiques was the loft bed wasn't shown in the photos and I wasn't confident we had enough beds until we arrived. There was a nice loft with another full/queen bed (not sure because I didn't go up there. Parking was my only critque as there is only one spot for everyone on the property but we were able to find free parking nearby for other cars. The fire pit was nice and the outdoor seating was nice.
