This 500 square foot studio on the 35th Floor of Brooks Tower lives like a one bedroom with dedicated living and bedroom space. The bedroom area has a queen size bed and there is a queen size pull out couch in the living area. The building includes a 24/7 manned desk, gym, seasonal pool, 24 hour 7-11 in the building. You are one block away from the Denver Performing Arts Center and its light rail station. You are blocks away from Union Station, Coors Field, 16th St. Mall, Larimer Square, Mile High Stadium, Metropolitan State University, University of Colorado - Denver, and the Auraria Campus. Sam's #3 diner is across the street and was featured on Diners, Dives and Drive Ins. Ideal for a corporate or mid to long term rental. Does not include parking. Able to rent in building or in two garages nearby. 30 day minimum rental required.

Stayed for 5 weeks. The downtown location was great. There are allot of amenities in the building that are not listed in the advertisement. Would definitely stay in this building again.

The condo was well located within downtown Denver. It has very good connections with 16th Street Mall, Union Station, and has several bus routes very close by. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I found the furniture to be very comfortable, which made remote working from the apartment very easy for me. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Owner Jonathan was always helpful and courteous in answering any and all questions. He also responded very quickly - literally within minutes every time.

This apartment was perfect for 3 months over the summer. It’s a great size for 1-2 people although it could house up to 4. The location couldn’t be better, the building has great amenities, and the view from the balcony was spectacular.
