We had a wonderful time visiting. The weather was great. Plenty of things to do. Shopping, restaurants, live entertainment. Oh ya, lots of golf. I hope to be back for another vacation.

Easy check in and great location with excellent heated pool for kids. Unit is outdated but clean and good for our visit.

We absolutely loved our stay in Palmetto Dunes. The unit was plenty big for the 5 of us. It was so nice to have a kitchen and plenty of space for us to spread out so we could all have some space and not feel like we were on top of each other. It was a very, very easy walk to the beautiful beach and we felt that this area of the beach was not as busy as others, which was a huge plus. We also enjoyed riding bikes or walking to the general store.
This is also a convenient location to several places to eat and a grocery store.
Property manager/owner was very responsive to questions.
This was absolutely perfect for us and we cannot wait to return!

As I mentioned the villa needs updating and a good cleaning. The carpets are dirty etc. I spoke with someone from Beach Properties and gave details of the villa's condition.
