Prefer to golf and go to the beach?! True Blue is only 1.5 miles from the Atlantic Ocean, so getting to the beach is just a short drive. As well, a complimentary pass is provided to Huntington Beach State Park! The True Blue area has 5 swimming pools, 4 hot tubs, and 2 tennis/pickle ball courts, something for everyone at True Blue!

Rules & Regulations
- Small dogs may be considered with individual approval and $200+ pet fee (added to reservation after approval). Please contact for approval before reserving as we need to know the breed, age and weight of your dog. Dogs are not permitted on the beach between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm during the period of May 1st to Labor Day.
- No Smoking in the unit (Minimum of $500 fee if not followed)
- No grills/open flames allowed on deck (grilling must take place in designated areas)
- No Parties or Loud Music/Noise (Quiet Hours 11PM to 8AM). Violating will result in eviction from the property
- No Golf Carts, Motorcycles, RVs, Campers, Buses, Trailers, or motorized scooters/skateboards allowed on property
- No Fishing in any ponds on the True Blue property
- Stay off the golf course unless playing
*IMPORTANT NOTE* The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire stay!
True Blue is the perfect location for a family vacation or getaway with friends! Regardless of the reason, the Pawley's Island area is far enough from the traffic and crowds, but still, a short drive to the wide variety of attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The area is a golfer's delight with many top-rated courses within a 15 minute drive, restaurants and shops are a abundant and easily accessible from this property. Just a short drive north are all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand shopping center, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, and one of the world's largest Ferris wheels. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden, it's just a few minutes south on Business 17. Murrells Inlet is also just a short drive to the north and features the world famous Marsh Walk, with incredible dining and shopping and exciting water activities such as fishing, boating and the ever popular dolphin cruises!

The place was very nice, very comfortable, very well located. Everything is close from it, great food, restaurants, golf. The condo was very clean and the company who managed it, was very approachable. Happy to share that I had no need to connect with them during the time we were there, other than to ask for basic and very small things. I can't wait to go back again

We had a wonderful stay at 74C. The location is perfect- the beach is less than a 10min drive, lots of choices for restaurants. The pool/ hot tub & golf on premise were a bonus!
The condo had well appointed amenities, the beds were comfortable and has been newly updated. We enjoyed the privacy of the screened-in balcony. There was plenty of space
for our family’s visit.
We highly recommend staying at this unit. We are already planning a return trip!
