Beauty & Serenity abounds with this quaint New England WATERFRONT home. Enjoy Breathtaking Quonnie Waterviews in most rooms & 100' of Quonnie Waterfront in your Backyard! Launch the provided kayaks, clam, fish, wade, swim or boat from the backyard. Enjoy Salty Ocean Breezes, Dramatic Sunsets over the salt pond in this Spacious, Comfortably Furnished House located on the Pristine Quonochontaug Tidal Salt Pond in Charlestown. There is a heated outdoor shower to rinse off all that beach sand. Spectacular Firework Displays can be seen all summer long from the house!
• Large Master Bedroom Offers a King-size bed, Two additional Bedrooms each have large Queen beds. In the living room there is a sofa w/ a full size pull-out bed, for those unexpected overnight guests. There is also a twin sized roll away. Please note that sheets, linens and paper goods are not provided and you will need to bring your own with you.
• There is a fully equipped Ceramic Tiled Kitchen w/Breakfast Bar, Laundry room
• FREE fast connection Internet & Wifi, Large HD TV & BluRay DVD Player, Expanded Cable TV! New Addition Large Flatscreen w/cable in the Primary Bedroom
• The large level Grassy yard perfect for kite flying, crocket, badmitten etc. Patio Area has Plenty of Room for Cook Outs, Sunbathing or Games. The patio is equipped with table & chairs with umbrella, lounger, gas grill and now a new outdoor firepit!
• Mosquito and Tick Prevention (non toxic). We have the premises regularly professionally treated.
• 2 Adult Kayaks w/oars and standard life vests provided for your stay during summer rental season.
• Only 1.5 miles from Pristine Town/State (Blue Shutters), Charlestown and Misquamicut Beaches (5miles) Free BEACH PASS to Blue Shutters and Charlestown's East Beach. Or go by boat to Quonnie's many beaches.
•One level living, first floor, no stairs to climb.
Whether you are visiting with family or spending a romantic getaway at the shore, there's plenty to do for everyone! Fish, boat, kayak, or clam from your backyard. The beach house was in an excellent location on the water with magnificent view. The house was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. It was peaceful, private backyard with a cabana patio. We had a great time and we want to come back next year. Jennifer was a great host. Any questions she was there to respond quickly. In addition, the sunset was beautiful.
