Spacious and beautiful house with a big swimming pool and garden is situated in a small, quiet place called Marasi, 8 km distant from Vrsar, 4 km from the first (rock) beach. Stancijeta Ulrihi consists of ground floor, first floor and the second floor. There is a lounge bar with chairs and a table, darts,.. on the ground floor. The first floor consists of a kitchen (fridge, gas stove and a coffee machine), living room with sofa bed for 1-2 persons and a fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms, living room, bathroom with shower. All floors have air-conditions. There is a big swimming pool (24 m2) with deck chairs and parasols in the garden. Private parking is in the garden.

The property was very large ( for a family of six ), well equipped and clean. The pool was well maintained and of a good size. During our August stay temperatures reached 38 C, then having air conditioning was a big bonus to help with sleeping.
The location is easy to find, but is 10 km from the nearest large town / coast, so transportation is essential. There are many places to visit in Istria, both coastal and in the country, we could visit at least one new place each day within 45 minutes drive of the property. Sea, swimming and boat trips to see the dolphins all near by.
Everyone speaks English and is very friendly.
I would highly recommend the region and the property ( if you have transport ).
