The condo itself is recently updated, beautifully decorated and immaculate. At over 1200 sq feet of bright, airy living space, you'll have plenty of room for your whole group. The large kitchen and dining area are perfect for mealtime, and you'll look forward to relaxing in front of the huge flat-screen TV in the family room on the BRAND NEW SOFAS after a long day at the beach. Also, now have TV AND CABLE IN THE MASTER bedroom. With two full size bathrooms, there will be plenty of room for everyone to get the sand off at the end of the day. This condo comfortably sleeps 8-9 people on BRAND NEW BEDS and a NEW SLEEPER SOFA--though with so much to do in PCB, you might not sleep much!

Less than a mile away is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south, the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds!

We loved everything about the condo. We had 2 adults, 3 teenagers, and one kid. We could have easily fit another family. There was plenty of space. It was clean and the balcony had an amazing view! The host was great and easy to communicate with for any needs. This is our 2nd year coming to Regency Towers and we LOVE all the amenities. Two pools, karaoke nights, ice cream days, and so much more! I highly recommend!! We will definitely be back!

Very nice condo. Great view. Well equipped. I'm sure this is the norm in all of the units, but the AC is extremely loud in the bedroom that houses it in the closet. It's not noticeable in the rest of the condo and doesn't seem to bother kids, but if you're a light sleeper, pick another bedroom. Elevators are fast, but not enough of them for this size complex. All in all, we had a great time.

Everything was nice. The condo has great amenities and has a fun atmosphere with events throughout the week. The room was clean and had a great view of the beach. Access to the beach was easy. They had umbrellas and some beach chairs available on the deck. Had a nice blender and had a coffee maker. Dollar store and liquor store across the street. There was plenty of space for everyone (we had 3 teens and 4 adults). Could use some updating in the kitchen utensils (mixing bowls, can opener, pots and pans had scratches) but other than that everything was excellent. Would stay here again :)

The stay was fine. The room wasn't the cleanest and the construction crew working on the build left a bigger mess.
