Smaller than expected. When I booked it, I thought it was a cabin on the lake. The management company called a few days in advance to confirm my reservation and they explained that it’s actually a former motel room that overlooks the lake. You need to walk about 50 yards to access the water. Still a nice place, just not quite what I was expecting.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary and were not disappointed! We love the property and little community; there were families and older couples. We also loved the surrounding area, there was so much to do!! We really enjoyed our stay. IMPORTANT NOTE: everything is provided! The Breakaway Rentals contract says you have to bring linens and other things, but everything is provided, including sponge w/ soap for kitchen, hand towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sheets/blankets, extra pillows.
We made a list of likes/dislikes in case anyone would find it helpful :)

This was a nice place to stay for a long weekend, with lots of food and brewery choices nearby. The dock is great- a beautiful view, and the screened in porch was nice in the evenings after our little one went to sleep on the trundle bed.
