Hacienda Del Mar 334 is a beautiful 4-bedroom golfl-view apartment in the Hacienda Del Mar community inside Puntacana Resort & Club. The apartment is fully equipped and feature large bedrooms and common spaces.
Hacienda Del Mar features breathtaking views of La Cana Golf Course, a pool that is exclusive to its residents and guests and close proximity to the area's best beaches.
The bed distribution is as follows:
Bedroom 1: King size bed
Bedroom 2: 2 queen size beds
Bedroom 3: 3 queen size beds
Bedroom 4: smaller room with a sigle bed (no AC in this room, only fan)
Puntacana Resort & Club has 7 restaurants and bars, 45 holes of premium golf, 12 tennis courts of different surfaces, 2 beaches, a natural reservation and a marina.
Right outside the gates, you will find Puntacana Village, a small community that offers 8 restaurants, bars, shops and a pharmacy while a few minutes away you can find Blue Mall with its collection of premium shops and restaurants.

Everything is as pictured. Very nice space. Beautiful and clean. The single bedroom is very small, however every bedroom has its own bathroom/shower and there is a bathroom in the common area for everyone to use. This area is VERY close to the airport which is nice. The host was in constant contact making sure we were good and asking us if we needed anything. He was extremely helpful. The resort itself is very large so be prepared to rent a golf cart to get around. I would definitely stay here again.

There were some hot water heater issues prior to us arriving but it wasn’t a huge deal. The water heater had to be activated each time for use. I think a new heater is on its way. Otherwise, this place was great! Wonderful location, great neighbors.
