The property is in a very nice area of Madrid. Close to many amenities and easy access from major routes. It comfortably provided for 6 of us - was very clean and Pablo was a great host. Enquiring about our comfort, and responsive to any request.By the end of day 1 the custodian at the gate knew us and was quick to unlock before we had to find our key!!If you are set on using the swimming pool it would be best to check first ---- we were a couple of weeks too early and it wasn't in use yet!!We would definitely stay again

Pablo was great and the apartment was very comfortable. Kitchen had all supplies needed. As an American, I assume first floor is on ground level. With apartments in Spain, first floor is a little different as it is not at ground level. The grounds around the apartment are beautiful with tree lined streets, a park nearby and some awesome bakeries and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very responsive and helpful host. Well functioning washer/dryer. Comfortable cozy beds. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. 2 blocks to supermarket and convenience store. With no traffic 25min to city of madrid 20euro by uber. This is a top notch apartment rental.
