We went to check in and code would not work, called host # and man answered and sanid he need to call owners and hung up. So I called back and he said key was in a lockbox by the garage, and then we got in. It is a nice house but there were a few things that kind of made me not want to stay there again. Beds were fine, my granddaughter didnt want to sleep in the covers because of a hair. The bathroom in the master the sink and tub took forever to drain. No bathing soap. TV in bedroom would not work, tried new batteries in the remote too. Kitchen had a lot of dishes but some smelt funny or dirty, maybe the dishwasher? My granddaughters stepped on several sharp thorn like things in the rugs. Coffeemaker seemed to leak and baking cookie sheets and oven drawer were dirty. Granddaughters bedroom had a bunch of socks, a slipper and there were dust bunnies under the bed. I do have pictures. My husband and granddaughter went to play ping pong and ball landed in what appears to be rat turds, kinda freaked them out and there is rat poison containers in the garage. There was only 1 garbage bag, could not find replacements. Water in the very small firepit, I was going to buy wood to roast marshmallows. Backyard has absolutely no grass for your dog. Chain link fence on a busier road. Overall we made it a good time as it was also the 4yr olds bday. We went to the fun center and a parade they had for flag day. Grandchildren had a blast. Also enjoyed flying kites at the ocean.

Our stay was very relaxing with the fenced backyard for or little dog , we didn’t have to worry about her. It’s a cute little house. I would rent again

This place had positives but also a few negatives. It was pet friendly and the house itself was nicely decorated. It was a quiet neighborhood except for it was right off the main road on the corner so you could hear cars go bye. The fry pans were not usable - all discolored and rusty looking. Windows were very dirty and electric fireplace would not put out heat in living room. There was plenty of linens and towels and the area in garage was fun with all the games.
