The dining room curtains were broken. To be fixed after we left.Yard was need but poorly landscaped. Lots of weeds. Similar to most neighbours.Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We didn’t use the tv.Overall we would rent this property again.

6 of my friends and I stayed here for a festival nearby and we had a good experience. Overall the house was very nice and comfortable to sleep in. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay for a couple days.

We booked this property based on the large sleeping accommodations and proximity to the local rink. This is in Barrie South close to many amenities. Parking is limited, as the driveway only accommodates one vehicle and then you must park on the street. It is nice to stay somewhere that they provide linens, towels and some simple house items. This allowed us to travel with less items to ensure a comfortable stay. I would stay at this location again if needed. Well priced too! **The oven was dirty causing lots of smoke and the smoke alarms to activate when we tried to cook one night. That is why I marked cleanliness at 4/5. Otherwise house was clean**
