Perfect location in Tan Tar A Estates, great space, 2 lakefront decks with a lakeside martini deck, private dock and sleeps 18 in beds with plenty of floor space for a couple of air mattresses. New to the vacation rental scene in 2022. This house has it all for the perfect family vacation from top to bottom. The main upper level offers a huge living room with two queen sofa sleeper sectionals and flat screen TV with streaming capabilities, a large fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room adjoined by a deck with a gas grill, a spacious open-air lakefront deck, a lakeview king bedded primary suite with private bathroom and lakeview deck, the second bedroom with a queen bed and another bathroom. The lower level offers the 3rd bedroom which is also lakeview and appointed with 2 queen beds and an adjoining bathroom and private lakeview balcony. The 4th bedroom, “the Kids Zone”, offers 2 queen beds with a queen sofa sleeper, a huge flat screen TV also with streaming capabilities, and a private lakeview balcony. A spiral staircase takes you down to the lakeside martini deck which then leads to the private dock with a PWC port. The boat slip is occupied by the owner's boat, however, you may tie your boat up to the side of the dock. Located near the back of the cove, it's not a high traffic boating area.
Guests can enjoy two outdoor outdoor swimming pools at Tan Tar A Estates, along with complimentary access to the 9-hole Hidden Lakes Golf Course (no tee time required and no golf carts). You can also take advantage of many of the Margaritaville Resort amenities available to the public, excluding the fitness center and the indoor pool. This house has it all for the absolute best family vacation, offering something for everyone. Located at the 25 mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks by water and in the heart of Osage Beach near all the favorite attractions, restaurants, marinas and nightlife make this perfect choice for your next Lake Getaway! Every summer we stay for a long weekend in Tan-Tar-A. The house has a gorgeous view, was very clean, and had plenty of spare pillows and blankets. It also had great air conditioning (which can sometimes be hard to come by in the older Tan-Tar-A properties), and all of the decks were in good shape with easy to use doors. The check in process was very smooth, and did not have a lengthy check out list like some other properties (just take out the trash and start the dish washer). Also, it was about a five minute hilly walk to the pool (but an easy downhill walk back from the pool, so very doable). We did not realize from the photos the parking is only parallel parking (and the street is a bit steep), so it took a second to get the hang of it. The house also has lots of stairs (from the street, inside, and down to the dock).I'd only suggest very minor tweaks, which did not impact our stay at all. We had a large group and ate every meal at the house, but the house didn't have a ton of silverware, so we ended up hand washing the silverware after every meal. An extra set of forks would have been nice. The downstairs hall bathroom handle didn't quite latch while locked, so even though the knob appeared locked, it could still be opened from the hall. We just told the kids to knock. Overall very pleased with our stay, and glad we booked this house.

We had 6 women on a girls trip. There was tons of space. The layout of the house is cool. The beds were cozy too. Communication with the property management was great. Would absolutely stay again.

We rented this home over labor day weekend with another family. We had 7 kids between the 2 families. The size of the house and the layout accommodated that perfectly. The kids had their own living space a floor below the adults and their own balconies and bathroom so they could really enjoy and do their thing. I cannot say enough good things about the management company. They were a pleasure to work with and were flexible with making some accommodations for us. They were extremely communicative and really cared about making our experience seamless. The house itself could use a little TLC, especially on the martini deck but we still had a great weekend. We enjoyed the fact that there was ample sofa space in the living area so we could all gather for a movie night as well as seating areas in the kitchen and at the island. We were a 20 min walk from Margaritaville so we spent some time there as well. Overall great weekend.

Check in was easy and simple and check out was the same way! I love that all we had to do was get trash out and start the dish washer! The house and dock are gorgeous and in a nice quiet cove that was great for swimming. We had a squirrel in the house at check in though and the management company didn’t seem too concerned with it to the point that we ourselves had to remove the squirrel when we found it again. The only thing I got from them when notified of something in the house was “we’ll send housekeeping down with clean sheets (it went to the bathroom on a bed) and someone would try to catch it” and once we got it out of the house I was told “thanks for the update and removing it”.
