Welcome to your perfect beach-block oasis- less than 600 feet to the beach & boardwalk and a short walk to the beautiful downtown on Asbury Avenue. 3-night minimum for the summer, 2-night minimum for the rest of the year.
Ground level unit - perfect for those with small children or mobility issues. Reserved parking (1 spot) - come and go as you please, or stay put your entire vacation! Countless restaurants, shops and amusements within walking distance.
Sit on the front porch and enjoy the breeze. Property includes an outdoor shower, clotheslines, coin-operated washer/dryers and back gate leading directly into Playland!
Bedroom has a Queen Bed with a Lofted Twin Bed. Living Room has a pull-out sofa bed (Queen).
Our family has been coming to Ocean City for generations and we are happy to welcome you to our personal corner of paradise in "America's Greatest Family Resort".
**Note about linens** We provide a bath mat, pillows and comforters but DO NOT provide sheets or towels You will need to bring your own or use a linen rental service - we have heard good things about Miss Sea’s Shore Services (https://ocnjshoreservices.com/)

*4 beach tags - anyone over the age of 12 must have a beach tag during the summer season. Please leave tags at the end of your stay to avoid the replacement fee of $50 per tag.
*Efficiency kitchen with full-sized fridge, two-burner electric stove, dishware, cookware, microwave and compact dishwasher
*Additional appliances -iron/board, toaster, electric kettle and Keurig with enough pods to have a cup on us!
*Beach items - Large Cool Cabana beach shade (easy to put up and take down), beach chairs, sand proof beach mat and a bucket of beach toys
*Family items - Pack n’ play (just bring sheets). IKEA high chair. Small selection of games & puzzles. Kids dishware. White noise machine in bedroom.

A few hard rules - any evidence of breaking these rules will result in immediate expulsion with no refund. The building is quiet and well-cared for by the owners - there are eyes everywhere!
*NO EXTRA PEOPLE - Occupancy is a total of 5 people (babies count!); over-occupancy is dangerous in case of emergency.
*NO PETS - per our condo association, tenants may not bring pets. Please note that owners are allowed to bring dogs and we cannot guarantee the condo is completely free of dog fur.
*NO SMOKING - the entire property is smoke-free, you must walk off the property if you wish to smoke.
*NO PARTIES - Primary renter must be 23+ and staying on site.
Refund Policy - 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date, 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

so I will say that what you get for the price is really good. it's very expensive to stay down the shore now and this is really reasonable and you are RIGHT next to the boardwalk/beach. the host answered very quickly and was accommodating.cons- the pull out couch mattress is very uncomfortable as a warning and you will hear EVERYTHING the people do upstairs. there were people with children above us and the children were playing upstairs during a vast majority of our trip, running back and forth non stop with what sounded like a ball and it was SOO loud. there was four of us and we all couldn't stand it - both really early and very late (but not during the quiet hours but if I remember right quiet hours didn't start until 11pm which is very late) so that is something people might want to consider as well.

The condo was exactly as advertised and the location could not have been better. We literally walked through the amusement park to get to the boardwalk. We loved having access to the cabana and chairs. Also used the laundry room, which was awesome after having been on the road for a few days. The only things that weren't great was the bathroom -- smelled pretty mildewy, but I'm guessing that's due to the fact it had no window. And the guests upstairs were SOOOO loud. Not the owners fault, but having little kids running back and forth across the floor before 6am every day we we were there was the worst. I wish they had been more considerate. Hopefully those were vacationers and not the full-time tenants.

UNAWARE that I couldn't bring people (to hang out with us) in the property. Let me explain, this is my 2nd year staying at this property so it wasn't my 1st time. We went to celebrate that my mother could travel again from PR (she has stage 4 cancer and she couldn't travel for 2 years due to chemo) so we decided to meet at OC (it was a group of 23) my parents and a couple of family members stayed at the hotel next door and a few in condos scattered around. (Once again knowing the rules from staying before i knew noone could stay to sleep at the property) According to the owner she stated that 8 people were staying at the property and I was banned from booking with them again. First she did not ask me if 8 people were staying there she stated that other tenants stated there was a group of 8 people staying there. (Staying like hanging out? Or staying like sleeping there?) She never answered. My 2nd question how did they come up with this number when it was a big group who was coming and going but 4 people actually stayed to sleep? Plus 2 more (my parents who drinks coffee and then left to their hotel). Overall I was happy to spend time with family members and celebrating that my mother could travel again. I will suggest to fix the description again if you don't want any misunderstandings in the future. Meaning that only the people renting are the only ones allow in and out of the property. Unless there is cameras inside the property and thats why such specific number.

Perfect place to stay if you like the boardwalk life. Located behind Castaway Cove and 1 block from the Boardwalk. Dedicated parking spot make the busy time convenient.
