📝 Need to Know: This unit is one side of a duplex. Guests will have private access to the right-side garage, a private backyard and pool area, the entire fourth floor, and the right side of the third floor. The third floor is divided by a wall, providing a fully private space on your side. A shared exterior spiral staircase leads to the shared rooftop deck, which may be accessed by guests of the neighboring unit.
