Soak up the vibes at New River Retreat – where the only thing better than the breeze is the view! Welcome to your tide-al getaway on beautiful North Topsail Beach—where stress gets swept out to sea and the good times roll in with the waves. New River Retreat is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach haven designed for fun, rest, and everything in between.

Whether you're recharging, reconnecting, or just riding the relaxation wave, this is your perfect coastal escape. Located on the peaceful north end of the island, this second-row stunner offers the best of both worlds—easy beach access just steps away and stunning peek-a-boo ocean views that will make your heart swell like the tide. From the bright, open living room to the oceanside decks, you’ll find the views so inviting, you might forget to check your phone (finally!).

The clever reverse floor plan puts the most scenic spaces where they belong—upstairs, with sweeping breezes and shimmering Atlantic views as your daily backdrop. Lounge in the open-concept living and dining area, where the sun streams in and the sound of the waves hums in the background. Slide open the doors to your spacious ocean-facing deck, perfect for morning coffee, midday lounging, or sunset cocktails that deserve a toast (or two).

Four cozy bedrooms offer plenty of room for everyone to drift off to the sound of the sea. Bring the whole family—or friend group—and yes, even the dog! This retreat is pet-friendly, because beach memories are better with wagging tails.

Rinse off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower, park with ease in the oversized driveway and covered carport, and head out for a day of exploring. With public beach access just a short stroll away, you'll be splashing in the surf in no time.

Whether you're into shell hunting, sun soaking, seafood sampling, or simply sinking into a slower pace, New River Retreat is your home base for all things blissful.

Drop anchor here and let your worries drift away—this retreat is the reel deal!
