SMALL VILLA IN A FANTASTIC LOCATION WITH SEA VIEWS
Nestled in the heart of an enchanting cultural and natural landscape overlooking the deep blue Mediterranean, Casa Tina is a typical Ligurian home, situated on the hills above Moneglia. Inside, you’ll find traditional Ligurian furnishings with a large living room and fireplace
. The 200-square-meter private garden is very inviting; it features
• a hot tub,
• a double hammock under a pergola—perfect for a nap
• a pergola with a table—great for al fresco dining
• a barbecue (wood-fired and gas)
• wood-fired oven for an evening pizza
In addition to the garden, guests can enjoy a spacious and private parking area of about 150 square meters connected directly to the apartment via a staircase of about twenty meters. The entire area is fenced in, so any pets can roam freely.
To access the apartment, you must drive up a steep, concrete-paved private road that is about 100 meters long.
☛We also offer additional services: SHEETS WITH PILLOWCASES AND TOWEL SETS for 10 euros per person for the entire stay (upon advance request); for extended stays, you can request additional cleaning services ★HOT TUB★ Use of the hot tub is reserved exclusively for the months of June, July, August, September, and October. Upon arrival, you’ll find a manual with the rules
Additional cost (winter only): 4 euros per cubic meter of LPG (for heating and hot water). On average, this amounts to 10 euros per day
The village of Crova, where the apartment is located, sits at an elevation of about 250 meters above sea level and is primarily covered with olive groves and vineyards. To reach the apartment, you’ll need to drive up a fairly steep, paved road for about 100 meters, but it’s easy to navigate 🚗
The neighborhood is crossed by an ancient pedestrian path connected to the network of hillside trails that leads to the town of Moneglia below in about 30 minutes. Getting around the area---> A bus stop is located about 200 meters from the apartment near the village of Crova; buses run back and forth to Moneglia several times a day. It’s very easy to plan a morning trip down and an evening trip back up without having to move your car.

Nice place to stay, clean house with all necessary equipment in a quiet area. located at 15mins drive from beaches in Moneglia and Sestri Levante, Owner (Fabio) is very cooperative and kind person.

We really liked the house and its surroundings. The jacuzzi pool was perfect. The only negative thing was that the upper bed room was very hot.

We had a great stay at this place, hosted by the very friendly and helpful Fabio. He was always ready to help us with planning activities or answering questions about the house. The view from the veranda and the hot tub is amazing, with a beautiful view over the sea and the bay of Moneglia.
With a certain amount of creativity, we managed to fit our group of four adults and four children comfortably in the house. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the location is very quiet. However, it’s important to know that you need to drive about 15 minutes to get to the nearest supermarket or beach.
One challenge was the heat during our stay, which made it hard to sleep, especially in the upstairs bedrooms. Our friends had to move downstairs where it was cooler.
Another thing to watch out for is the number of insects, especially ants, on the terrace and veranda. It’s important not to leave any food or crumbs outside, as this will attract ants quickly.
Parking was also difficult during the high season, especially at the beaches in nearby towns like Moneglia and Sestri Levante, where it’s hard to find a spot unless you arrive early.
Overall, despite a few small issues, we recommend this place. The beautiful view and Fabio’s help made it a special stay.
