Plus only 2.5 miles to the heart of Nob Hill, and just 2 miles to UNM and UNM-Hospital. Easy freeway access gets you anywhere in ABQ in minutes!
This recently renovated 1950s ranch now offers the ultimate in comfort & convenience. Guests enjoy the sparking clean, quiet and cheerful interior that features an all new kitchen & new bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, upgraded heating, air conditioning, electrical service, windows & doors, luxury wood plank floors (no carpet), LED lighting, and more! Cute and comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. It was a quick drive to all the places we wanted to see. Great spot for a family vacation!

What a beautiful home. We enjoyed the outdoor area which was also great for our dogs. Very clean and well equipped! The neighborhood is so quiet - we would love to come back!
