This unique home boasts redwood interior, beautiful stained-glass details, oriental carpets and a wood burning fireplace for a cozy atmosphere. Enrich your senses with the sight, sounds and smells of the ocean from every room. The main bedroom is an open loft style without a door and a relaxing Sleep Number Bed. The guest bedroom has an adjacent balcony and stunning views. The well stocked kitchen has everything you need

Perfect location, house immaculate, charmingly decorated. House has been updated: last year new Roof, flooring, exterior paint, & seems recently a new back door, with new LG TV.

The home was well appointed and comfortable. Nice location near a small park, great for dog owners. Very relaxing stay. Close to good eateries. I loved hearing and seeing the sound of the ocean!

Alessandra was a great, highly responsive host. The house is perfectly situated in one of the most remote, ruggedly beautiful places on the Northern CA coast. Shelter Cove Road, the only road in and out of Shelter Cove, is a challenging drive (blind curves and switchbacks) so consider getting your groceries before descending into Shelter Cove. There is a small general store, a few good restaurants and a couple of good cafes within walking distance of the house. The house is well appointed and thoughtfully designed. The bed (sleep number) is comfortable and there is another room with a bed and a very clever loft set-up. The views are absolutely incredible from almost every room. I saw a whale breach while standing on the driveway. Lots of wildlife and great sunsets are all viewable from the back deck, and you’re just a few feet from dramatic cliffsides and the roaring ocean.

Scenic view, clean, comfortable, beautiful inside. Just a short walk to restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. Excellent place to stay.
