Parking: There is free parking in the parkade or in the gravel parking lot adjacent to the building. There is no assigned parking.

While they are typically available during peak seasons, we do not have control over their hours, availability, or operating decisions. Set along side beautiful Craig Bay, our thirteen-acre property included gardens, trails, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, barbeques, a selection of seasonal lawn games as well as a 10 court Pickle Ball facility. The resort is a perfect destination for relaxation and fun.
No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is not permitted inside the condo or on the deck. These activities are allowed only in designated smoking areas on resort property.
Please refrain from playing loud music on the deck to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Noise Notice:
As this is part of a shared resort building, you may occasionally hear sounds from neighbouring suites or the A-side.
Food & Drink:
Guests are kindly asked to take all leftover food and beverages with them upon departure.

Shellfish Policy:
Live shellfish are strictly prohibited in the building. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to fines as per resort regulations.
Pool/Beach Towels:
Towels are provided in the suite for your convenience. The front desk does not supply towels to guests.
Amenity Keycard:
The amenity keycard must be returned to the suite before check-out. If the card is not returned, a $200 replacement fee will be charged. Please note that the front desk does not issue or replace amenity keycards.
- Please do not wear your shoes inside the suite.
- Please be reminded that this property is non-smoking, please do not smoke or vape inside or on the patios.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm to 8am, please respect the neighbours
- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- If you have a pet accompanying you during your stay, please pick up after them and don`t leave their waste in the yards. Pets must be on leash outdoors.
When checking-out, please remember to,
- Please return the amenities key is returned to the hook by the coffee maker.
- If you used the pull-out couch, remove the bed sheets and mattress cover and re-assemble couch.
- Please put used towels in the bathtub.
- Take the garbage and recycling to the commercial bin located beside the parkade. Liquor bottles, beer cans, soda cans go in the commercial bin as well.
- Sign out of your Netflix account.
- Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house.
- Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the suite, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat.

Attractive room with very comfortable bed and a bit of a view of the creek and ocean. Great outdoor hot tub with waterfall feature. Other guests and condo owners were very friendly. Swam in the ocean but didn’t have time to play pickle ball or to use one if the 3 or 4 kayaks. Pleasant, quiet, low key resort. Had a wonderful dinner in the garden at The Rocking Horse Pub just 3 min drive away. You can pet their mini horses.

Just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Small but totally adequate. Quiet. Great view from small deck. Good communication re checkin and out. Very quiet surroundings. Would be great to have air conditioning but as I was there during a heat wave the fan placed close to the bed did the trick. Only small thing wld be to add a tea towel to wash up basin and maybe a couple of teaspoons in addition to the tbsps to the utlery drawer.

This was a lovely suite and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view and the distance to the beach. The pool was quiet and clean as well. It had what we needed for three adults, but I would book suite A if we were bringing the kids along.

Poorly stocked kitchen, no drink glasses no teaspoons. Disappointed that there was no sink for doing dishes or filling water bottles other than the tub or bathroom sink. As the brochure said patio is very small and never gets any sun. The onsite restaurant was excellent and so was the service. The grounds could use some more sitting areas as we only found one on the point with 8 chairs available and some wooden benches. Sitting areas around each of the complexes would be nice . Host was easy to deal with and was pleasant in her emails.
