During the summer, you'll have access to the boat slip (when the deposit is paid) where you can enjoy swimming in the inviting warm lake, kayaking, water skiing, and fishing to your heart's content. Please note that the boat slip is only accessible until October due to water levels declining in the fall/winter.
*The main house has a central HVAC system that is controlled with the thermostat on the wall in the living area. This can be used to heat or cool the house to your comfort. The apartment above the garage does not have central HVAC. A portable AC is available to cool this unit and space heaters can be used for warmth. The garage is not temperature controlled.

The location was amazing, so kid friendly. The family had a blast. This location would be good in the summer. Would definitely stay here again

Great Location and set up. Easy to get to the lake and surrounding Bars/Restaurants. Boat Slip area is a nice set up to take a plunge. Easy distance to Yosemite Entrance and close to several local hikes with falls and pools. Small town area was easy walking distance and offered most of our needs.

Plenty of space for multiple families! Great location and a wondeful house! Convenient to the town and docks! Thank you for a wonderful weekend at the lake!
