Excellent location!!
The apartment is located in the Gracia neighborhood—one of Barcelona’s best and most authentic neighborhoods. It’s like a village within Barcelona and just a 2-minute walk from Paseo de Gracia.
The atmosphere of the pedestrian street, with its many art galleries, plazas, shops, bars, restaurants, and outdoor cafes where people gather to have a coffee or a glass of wine… makes this neighborhood magical and relaxing.
The high, wooden ceilings make the apartment beautiful.
Must-sees:
* Spacious terrace and balcony.
* Living room with balcony,
* Two bedrooms with double beds and access to the terrace, * Spacious kitchen,
* Bathroom with sink and shower.
* The kitchen is fully equipped:
oven,
refrigerator,
microwave,
toaster,
kettle,
coffee maker, and a
dishwasher.
* A washing machine is also available.
It has gas-heated hot water and gas heating.

Did not mention late check in fee and the oven was not working. Apart from that was good!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We walked to Sagrada Familia, Park Guell and Gothic Quarter. The only problem was with the keys.
We were told to lock the door when we leave, but the keys didn't work. And we were able to open the door with only one of the keys. So check your keys when you get them.
