With on-site parking and only a five-minute walk to the harbour front and beaches, this cosy self-contained apartment makes the perfect base for couples looking to explore St Ives and West Cornwall.
The spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area has open wooden beams and is furnished with cosy sofa, armchair and Smart TV. The kitchen boasts oven with hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, slimline dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is also a dining table with seating for two.
The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and ample storage. The shower room offers a rainforest shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Access Statement – Marcella’s Retreat is a ground floor apartment. The building is accessed via two small steps to the front door. Inside the property, there is a further two steps between the living and kitchen areas. Please note that Marcella’s Retreat is located down an uneven stone road.

We were warmly welcomed by Lynn and Cleaning Team, The key was in the front lock door. We were in close location of beach and lovely short walks into the hill’s supermarkets restaurants and bars were all available on doorstep the apartment with calm comfortable and it makes all of the necessary requirements that we had as a couple. We will return again.
