Magnificent villa for a quiet holiday. Secure property of 4000 m2 with swimming pool (closed in winter), pool house, pétanque field, Wickey playground. Ideal location in green Provence (10 minutes from Sainte-Victoire, 12 minutes from Aix and 30 minutes from the sea with Marseille, Cassis and its creeks, La Ciotat, etc.).
House of 134 m2 with 3 bedrooms (CH1 - 1 king size bed, CH2 - 1 double bed 140x200), CH3 - 1 single bed + 1 mattress on the floor if necessary, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC upstairs and 1 WC downstairs, 1 large fitted kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 living room and a large south-facing terrace. Even in winter, it's vacation in the south!

We went to this beautiful location in July 2024 as a family of four. In preparation for our stay we had a great contact to the owners, Koen and Celine, who explained everything detailed and gave us instructions for everything and a lot of information about the surrounding areas and visiting places.
We arrived by TGV and had a rental car for the entire trip. Backwards we went by plane, which is (for us) the better way, we experienced. Marseille airport is just half an hour away. We found the place in a wonderful condition, everything was neat and clean, the house is very well equipped and the backyard and the pool is just stunning! During the entire time we had good contact to Koen and we missed not a single thing! We were excited about the pool, the pétanque lane, the playground for the kids and the cupboard full with games! The kitchen was very well equipped and we used the outdoor bbq every day!
