It is ideal for couples and business trips, because it has capacity for 2 people, with a cosy bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, a large terrace, Wi-Fi Internet fibre and communal pool. Strategically located, a few steps from the beach and the sea avenue, with a local atmosphere, where you can enjoy its restaurants and cafes.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room, terrace, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, sheets, shower towels, Wi-Fi and communal pool.
Work is being carried out in the neighbourhood until further notice. There may be occasional noise during the day.

The apartment is good size and good condition, mainly as shown in the picture (sofa is not the same, but similar and a bit older). Terrace is nice and very big, but you don't have much sunlight coming in.
Good size tv with netflix and chrome.
Laundry machine and dishwasher in the kitchen.
Hot water doesn't last long too much.
