Top Marina by SolymarCalma is located in the private luxury complex, 'Pueblo Majorero', located in front of the sea, in the tourist area of Caleta de Fuste and with sea view, mountains and golf courses that you will not forget.
This stunning penthouse of 80 m² and a lot of luminosity is accessed by lift, it has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. It also has two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with satellite TV and high quality Wi-Fi. Outside there is a 20 m² terrace with artificial grass, from where you can enjoy magnificent sea views, the golf course and the mountains..... where the sunrise will be an unforgettable memory. On the terrace and up the spiral staircase there is a small solarium with two sunbeds so that you can enjoy your stay privately.
The communal areas of this fantastic complex are quite spacious and have a communal swimming pool, children's playground and garage in the building.
A short distance from the complex is the promenade that leads to the area of Caleta de Fuste and just 5 minutes walk from restaurants, cinema, shops, the two golf courses in the north and most importantly THE BEACH. Visited this apartment for the 2nd time for our stay for 10 days. Spotless apartment and equipped with every comfort and luxury. Nothing is missing. Beautiful view and perfect location. Wonderful beds and beautiful bathroom. Spacious apartment. We will definitely come back again. Absolutely recommended.

The place as well as the hosts were fabulous, we had a lovely time. The apartment is modern, comfortable, sunny, has a beautiful terrace with a great open view. It already looked great on the photos, but in real life it's perhaps even nicer. It is in very easy reach of the beach, restaurants, shopping, is right next to a golf course, has it all. I hope to return myself and I recommend this apartment for others, you will not be disappointed. The hosts were also very kind, helpful and friendly, they offered to book us a car and took care of everything, made our stay really easy. Thank you Javier for your warm welcome and all the help!
