the condo was one of the best we ever had. Connie the owner was extremely helpful the check in was no effort at all the condo was immaculate and had everything we needed and then some. The locker room was organized, clean and fully stocked with everything you could imagine. This was by far one of the nicest places we ever stayed. I would highly recommend and looking forward to staying here again.

The property was great. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. These are a few of the other things that matter to our group........ Unit was clean (and we left it just as clean!)Plenty of towelsIn unit washer and dryer - fantasticA/C worked great no issues, I am not even sure we ever had to touch itUnit had everything you need in regards to kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etcComfortable beds and plenty of privacy if you wanted itGood internet if you happen to need itTVs in all the roomsUnit had room to have a sit down dinner and stretch outWe had a good trip and the place was great. The one thing that gives me pause is the whole parking situation at this place. We had 2 passes but you are required to pull in and park in the rows and you may very well be forced to pull in and any random person can park behind you blocking you in. Now, granted their contact info is supposed to be posted in the window for you to see (as we did on our passes, just in case) but the person that parked behind us just had room number. Not a huge deal that day because we had other means to get to dinner. I just do never want the anxiety of having a random person parking behind us and there is an emergency or a dinner reservation and maybe they are on the beach and you are unable to reach them. Then you are stuck until somebody moves their car. To be clear this is not a reflection of the unit or the owners. They didn't make these rules. Still a good place to stay. Just be aware.

Dolphin Watch was such a great property! It was very clean and just like the pictures! It was super nice having three full bedrooms but also three bathrooms! The view and location couldn’t have been better! You were right on the beach plus they have a locker filled with umbrellas and chairs that you can use! Connie was also great to work with when I had questions! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We very much enjoyed our stay! As a family of 5, we had a ton of room and loved being right on the beach to go up and down as we please with kids. Loved the games available, coffee, plenty of linens and towels, and the hosts were super communicative!
