I stayed in the same apartment for the second time in about a year . Due to intense construction works of the nabouring building , which generated a lot of dust and loud noise such that the terrasse could not be used during working hours for two full days .Having left the winterly North to enjoy the sun at the terrasse , this was obviously a disappointment . Otherwise everything was OK fine .
