What a spectacular vacation home for a large group! Our family of 11 always had activities to enjoy (swim in the beautiful indoor pool, hot tub, play pool, games and enjoy the spacious yard.) The host was excellent and promptly answered any inquiries we had. The view was amazing and the location was totally private yet close to amenities. Would definitely recommend the property for your family vacation.

Ryan was an excellent responsive communicator. Check in was so easy . As previously mentioned there were some areas of the house that needed “minor” upgrades such as new cushions for outside patio .Also the two bedrooms with sky lights need a better option of covering especially during the summer months to keep light out and rooms cooler. Our family of 7 , which included two grandkids loved the pool and hot tub. We had a great time together and the privacy and serenity of the house location was awesome.Thank you Ryan for sharing your home with us for 8 days.

Thanks to the pool and the games room, this house is a great gathering place. The setting too is a plus. Gorgeous view. Lots of space! Great for kids. But it has seen better days: Dishes, furniture linens and mattresses are barley adequate, and appliances and fixtures are worn out. The outdoor BBQ was filthy.Host was helpful at remediating some of this, all be it on our last day when a new washing machine arrived and lightbulbs were replaced. If you are wanting luxury, this is may not fit the bill. It needs a makeover.

We booked for the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was not working. We opened it to discover cold, gross, green water full of hair and other debris. We let the host know the day we arrived and he had someone come look at it 4 days later. They did not fix it so we were not able to use it at all. The owner stopped responding to me when I requested a partial refund. We were so excited to celebrate a family 80th birthday and did not get to stay in the place we thought we were booking. The house is in a good location for driving to vineyards but there was garbage littered over the entire property outdoors. The place is quite run down and not cleaned or stocked well. Some beds didn't even have sheets and we had to buy towels so people could have more than one bath towel. There was only one dish towel, as well. The kitchen chairs and patio furniture need to be thrown away. This place seems like it is booked by large groups for parties and never cleaned up, repaired, or re-stocked afterwards.
