Located on the ground floor at the front of the block, this stylish one-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and convenient base for your South Yarra stay, with secure gated entry to the complex.

The light-filled living area features a comfy couch, Smart TV, reverse-cycle heating and cooling, dining space and large windows overlooking the leafy surrounds. Double-glazed uPVC windows help reduce outside noise, creating a quieter and more comfortable space to relax.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, including a gas cooktop, oven, full-size fridge, cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery, along with tea and coffee essentials and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, built-in robes and ceiling fan, with direct access to the beautifully renovated bathroom via a stylish black chalk barn door.

The newly renovated bathroom features a stylish walk-in shower with rainfall shower head, statement curved vanity, illuminated mirror and beautiful brushed bronze finishes, with towels, hairdryer and bathroom essentials supplied.

Wi-Fi is included throughout your stay, and a communal coin-operated laundry with washing machine & dryer is available within the complex.

With Hawksburn Station, Toorak Road and Chapel Street all within easy walking distance, you’ll have some of South Yarra’s best cafes, restaurants, bars, shopping and attractions right on your doorstep.

You will have complete access to the apartment and no keys required, all digital access. Please note there is no parking on site, you can park on Williams Road (clearway in the morning) or just down the road on Cassell Street.

Although we won`t be available in person we are available to assist at anytime throughout your stay via the booking platform.

South Yarra is a bustling, upscale suburb with art deco apartments facing the Yarra, and well-preserved mansions like the 1847 Como House. Swanky boutiques, art galleries, cocktail lounges and eclectic bistros line busy Toorak Road and Chapel Street, while Prahran Market offers gourmet foodstuff. Nearby, the vast Royal Botanic Gardens is popular with joggers and picnickers.

South Yarra can be easily explored on foot or by car. The Hawksburn train station is only 210 metres away and trams run along Toorak Road about 500 metres away. There is no carparking allocated to this property however there is free parking on Cassell Street about 100 metres away and you can park out the front of the building but morning restrictions apply.

When you check-out you will be required to leave the property in a neat state including dishes washed and put away, used towels left in the bathroom for the cleaners to collect, fridge empty, all personal items removed & rubbish removed and disposed of. This will ensure the cleaners can prepare the property for the next guest. If extra time is required for cleaning then we will put in for additional costs through the booking platform.

The bed in this property is provided with a fitted sheet, doona with cover and 4 pillows with covers. A top sheet is supplied in the bedroom robe if you would like to use it during your stay.

Please note: Our check in time is 3pm and our check out time is 10am, we are unable to allow early check ins or late check outs. There is also no bag drop or storage available at this property.

We provide a starter pack of essentials such as toilet paper, milk & coffee to get you settled however if your stay is longer or you run out then it will not be replenished during your stay.
This is a very quiet block so no visitors or loud noise.
