Main residence offers over 3300 sq ft of living space designed for convenience and entertaining. Offering 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Guest house boasts an additional 2 queen beds and 1 full bath. Property offers breathtaking views of the 1/4 acre pond as well as the endless mountains. Heated gunite in ground pool and spa. Tennis court/sport court and driving range is fully illuminated. Pond is stocked with 4 species of trout, largemouth bass, picheral, catfish as well as perch. Enjoy nature on one of the numerous nature/ATV trails throughout the property. NEP snow trails consisting of 200 miles of snowmobile and ATV trails are just 200 yards away from the driveway. This fabulous house is located only 12 miles away from Elk Mountain ski resort. We went with a group of friends and the house was perfect. The yard was great for the families to play and be outside. The host was so nice and always responded right away. The house was fully stocked. We had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is great for large groups, we had 7 people and had lots of extra beds. The guest house is perfect for teenagers that want to feel a bit of freedom! We came from NYC so our teenagers loved having the space. The kitchen is well appointed and the house is clean and cozy. The property it’s self was stunning. We definitely saw the eagles more than a few times. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Clean and well manicured. We spent every night around the fire pit making s’mores…it was special! Jennifer, the host was amazing. She is very responsive and answered every question we had nearly immediately. The one thing I would say is that the property really is far from civilization. We read other reviews so we prepared and brought all of our groceries and necessities with us. I wouldn’t plan to go out to dinner and if you need groceries, the nearest super market is about 30 mins away. Thank you Jennifer for a fabulous week. We very much enjoyed your property!

Perfect property for our extended family getaway. Plenty of bedroom and sleeping space and so much to do outside with beautiful scenery. Kitchen and bathrooms were a little small for our big group, but otherwise it was perfect.
