Set in an authentic 17th and 18th-century farmhouse, the Les Airelles gîte offers 79 m² of comfortable living space spread over several levels. The ground floor features a functional kitchen opening onto a welcoming living room with a sitting area and a closed fireplace, ideal for cooler evenings. Upstairs, a bedroom has two single beds (90 cm). The mezzanine under the eaves offers a double bed (140 cm) and a cot. The gîte includes a shower room and benefits from fiber optic Wi-Fi, particularly appreciated for remote working. Outside, a terrace, a garden, an enclosed yard, a barbecue, and a covered shelter allow guests to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces and the unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. For safety, insurance, and equipment reasons, any outdoor meals with guests not staying at the gîte will be limited to 15 people if both gîtes are rented, and subject to the owner's agreement. In the heart of the Pilat Regional Natural Park, Les Airelles offers a true escape. From the cottage, marked trails wind through the forests, ridges, and orchards of the massif, providing magnificent hiking and mountain biking routes. At an altitude of 800 meters, the panoramic views extend over the Rhône Valley, the Vercors Massif, and the Vivarais mountains. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity of the Peaugres Safari Park, outdoor activities, and the Bessat ski resorts for winter sports. The villages of the Pilat also reveal their heritage, markets, and local flavors. This holiday home in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region is an ideal address for a weekend or vacation focused on relaxation, discovery, and sharing.

Your host :
Claude and Martine and their 3 boys have passionately restored this farm which has been in the family for several generations. Comfortable cottage, according to our guests we feel at home to welcome young and old. We are delighted that our 2 cottages allow people on business trips and families to get together and recharge their batteries close to nature, with multiple activities nearby. Pleased to welcome you !
