- 12 m² sea view terrace with dining set (table, armchairs, chairs)
- Balcony on the back with view of greenery and mountains
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, WC
- Baby equipment: travel cot with mattress and high chair
- 1 parking space in the underground car park
The residence is located opposite the sea, in the Antibes-les-Pins district, between the center of Juan-les-Pins and Golfe Juan, and has an infinity pool.
It is located in a large pedestrian complex where all amenities are within walking distance: Leclerc supermarket, bars, restaurants, hairdresser, beautician, medical center, pizza truck, bakery, etc.
The sandy beaches (100 m away) are accessible by following a pedestrian path along the 5-hectare Exflora municipal park, open year-round, with no road to cross (underground passage).
The old Antibes, Cannes and its Croisette are only a few kilometers away ...

A lovely apartment, very close to the beach and near excellent public transport links that we used to visit Antibes, Nice and other nearby areas. (Alexis (the host) was very helpful in getting started with finding our way). Also, the Boulangerie across the road is excellent, as is the pizza van!

We stayed with a family of 6 people. The host gave us a nice check-in and explanation how everything works. The appartement is comfortable with an amazing (front) view of the ocean/ pool. The kids liked the pool very much!
The location of the apartment is a 10/10!!! Lively local area with lots of shops, restaurants, etc, the beach and port is also walkable. We would definitely recommend this appartment!

Very comfortable and perfect for our family. Very near beaches, shops and amenities, and superbly situated for the bus to and from the airport. The host was very helpful and contact was swift and easy.
