We present to you a charming house located on a large plot on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Cala Santanyí, just a 15-minute walk from its idyllic fine sandy beach. This property, ideal for families and groups of friends, offers the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday in the south-east of Mallorca.
The house has three cozy double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub. The heart of the home is a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV, which connects perfectly with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your favorite dishes.
The outdoor spaces are designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate. On both sides of the house there are generous covered terraces, one of them with direct access to the large pool, which invites to a refreshing swim. There is also a barbecue, perfect for enjoying evenings with family and friends, and savoring the warm nights under the stars.
The strategic location between Santanyí and Cala Figuera guarantees quick access to the main local attractions. The charming town of Santanyí is just 2.5 km away and offers all the necessary services: two large supermarkets, numerous shops, cash machines, pharmacies and an excellent selection of restaurants and bars. Don't miss their popular weekly markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays. A short distance away is also the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera, where several beachfront restaurants invite you to sample fresh seafood.
