This beautiful villa, extensive gardens and huge pool, overlooking Playa Blanca and the ocean, is luxury at its best on Lanzarote. Within Walking Distance to Beach, Bars, Restaurants and Shops. Very few properties can accommodate up to 15 people in such comfort and certainly do not come close to this standard and wonderful location. The entire property has been newly designed with entertaining in mind. Whether you are a large family, organizing a special occasion or a corporate working group, this is the perfect villa for you. Internet, fully equipped catering kitchen, incredible views, extensive pool/terrace areas, modern, comfortable living space all make this a truly exceptional holiday villa. Luxury villa with state of the art appliances including 2 ovens, built in wine cooler and oversized American fridge and 2 dishwashers. The separate apartment contains another dishwasher, microwave, fridge with its own terrace area, two bedrooms and a shower room.
The is a huge parking area within gates of the property which could comfortably contain 5 cars. beautiful large dining area seats up to 14 people comfortably and the kitchen bar also can be used for breakfast and lunch. Open the wall long extensive terrace doors in the living room and you are by the pool and in the shade if you choose. An outside seating area is perfect for entertaining with a large Webber BBQ and spectacular outdoor lighting. Light s change within the pool to give a dream like effect while overlooking the sparkling lights of Playa Blanca. Not enough can be said about this villa. It is superb in every way and unmatched on the island of Lanzarote.
The swimming pool is oversized and lounge chairs surround the terrace with an outdoor shower. A beautiful curved staircase leads you into the entrance of the villa. All windows and doors in the villa have the most stunning views to the ocean and to the fire mountains. Treat yourself like a king or queen feeling like you are on top of the world. That sounds a bit over done though it truly does feel this way!
This stunning villa overlooks all of Playa Blanca. Fitted to the highest standard . Perfect villa for entertaining for a family reunion. a wedding or just a large family, this is the perfect villa for you. The heated salt chlorinated pool is like visiting a luxury spa!
The price listed includes the use of the main house for up to 10 people plus one child. For groups of 12 or more, the annex is available for use at an extra charge and sleeps up to 4 people. The annex can be rented if you are below 10 people at the minimum occupancy of 2 people. When the annex is rented, you will also have a welcome pack provided in the apartment. The annex is never rented on its' own and will remain empty if it is not used in conjunction with the main villa. Pool heating. Wi-Fi. a generous welcome pack (with champagne), a midweek towel change, weekly full linen change and mini clean are all included in the price. A private chef, additional cleaning services, shopping, flowers, cakes etc are all available upon request.
Please note that holiday and summer dates ( high season) are booked for a minimum of 7 nights.

The villa is spacious and beautiful! We went as a family of 12 with adult children and their partners. There was enough space for everyone without feeling like you were on top of each other. The views from the villa are incredible. The bedrooms are all a good size with lots of storage, as is the very large kitchen. The annex worked well for our party and offers privacy for a couple/family if it’s needed. Playa Blanca town/restaurants are a good 40 minute walk at least, which we did daily and was manageable with a sturdy pair of shoes. All in all, it’s a fantastic villa for a large group. We did feel it would benefit from having a pool table or table tennis, as there is the space and it would add a little something extra.

In overall the villa was really nice, amazing views and space! The problem we found was that for the amount it cost to stay there we were expecting a lot more than advertised. It was just the things that was missing or broke that we found very disappointing! The electric gates were broke! The electric pool cover was broke so just replaced with a manual one! The fudge was replaced with no ice maker or water dispenser! Gate at the top of the stairs was missing! We had no hot water for the first two days! Had not lights or electrical fans for the whole downstairs for the last 3 days! The main bedroom was really nice with a very nice bed but the rest of the rooms had very cheap uncomfortable beds the was very noisy every time you moved! We’ve stayed in villas before for half the price that are a lot better looked after and get a lot more for you money! Nice comfy beds and aircon in every bedroom! I just feel like all we paid for was the view and space which when you’re paying around 10k for 2 weeks was very disappointing! It looks a lot better in the pictures! Wouldn’t stay there again! On another note The two host were very helpful and did everything they could to help! The owner just needs to start putting money back into it to make it the amazing villa it COULD BE!!!!
