Very Spacious studio with a Queen Bed, twin sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, beach towels, starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper. First floor unit with screened patio .
Resort Features: On-Site Office, coin-operated washer/dryer, heated pool, private beach, beach chairs, complimentary parking, BBQ area, Mini Golf, Shuffleboard court.
Play tennis or rent a kayak just down the street at the community park. (5 minutes walk)
Rent a bike at Ace, just 4 blocks away, or from Backyard Bikes and have your bike delivered to you.
It`s only 1,5 miles to Lazy Lobster restaurant and bar, 2 miles to the shopping plaza with Publix and CVS.
6 miles to St. Armand`s Circle with many restaurants and shops.

Our stay was excellent. Nice and clean and plenty of room however it doesn’t have a beach view, but the beach is a very short, easy walk. Staff was extra nice, especially Margaret.

I think this is a wonderful place to get away and we found it at a reasonable price! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and found it to match pretty spot on for what the listing suggests. I am currently pregnant and it was nice to have the option between the beach and the pool as well as a couple different shaded areas to relax. I was pleasantly surprised to find beach accessories and accommodations like umbrellas, etc. to bring with us on the beach. Such a great area being so close to St. Armands circle and all of the wonderful dining and shopping choices. My only not so positive note is that the front desk was a little difficult trying to check in early. We knew that the listing was open the night before and had no expectations to check in early but after driving a couple hours we figured we could just stop in to ask before we went out to lunch, and the woman working appeared to be appalled that we would ask although it was eventually done (reluctantly) for us. All other experiences with the front desk were pleasant so I'm not sure why that hit a nerve. Other than that it's worth noting that dishes needed to be hand washed by the renter. That made me a little nervous but knowing that I will just bring paper products with me next time as we will be back!

This was a very clean but small unit that had everything for a beach stay, chairs, umbrella, beach towels and kitchen supplies. What I really appreciated was that it was a short pathway walk to the ocean. The office staff was very helpful recommending restaurants.
