A proposito di questa bungalow struttura in affitto
Wake up to mist rising off the water. This beautifully preserved 1946 fishing cabin sits on 200 feet of private Lake Swan waterfront, tucked into a peaceful, park-like setting that feels worlds away — yet you're just 20 minutes from Gainesville.
Spend your days paddling the lake in the complimentary kayaks and canoe, casting a line right from the shore, or simply relaxing on the screened lakeside porch with your morning coffee. Inside, vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and oversized windows fill the space with light and old-Florida charm, while a recently remodeled kitchen and bath bring modern comfort to the rustic setting.
Perfect for a weekend escape, a fishing getaway, or a small family retreat.
Included for Guests
