Welcome to Porto-Vecchio, to the villa “Bell’Am Corse,” ideally located in a quiet, well-maintained condominium complex with a Mediterranean garden and two shared swimming pools (open May 1 through September 30) overlooking the sea.
The “Les Terrasses du Levant” residence is located between the beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia, in the Bocca Del Oro neighborhood
A security guard is on duty at the entrance to the gated community, which is secured by an automatic gate.
The house consists of two separate levels (62 m² and 85 m²) in a duplex connected by a private garden.
Each floor has a terrace (one of the terraces, approximately 25 m², offers a breathtaking view of the sea).
The house offers exceptional views of the sea and the maquis.
Ideal for vacations with family or friends, with a panoramic view of the Cavallo Islands and Sardinia
It is located less than 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Southern Corsica

- a sitting area with a sofa bed for 2 people and floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea
- the living room is equipped with a Bz
- a bedroom with two single beds
- a bathroom with a whirlpool tub.
- The terrace is equipped with a large electric griddle.
The lower level is air-conditioned and nestled in a green oasis at garden level, consisting of
- a cozy living area with a dining room
- an adjoining fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine…)
- a sitting area (1 sofa bed + armchairs)
- three bedrooms (1 with 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4), ideal for children, and two bedrooms with double beds)
- a bathroom with a tub and shower.

we spent a week in this amazing apartment, which is in #2 floors. Location is fantastic, very nice view of the gulf and very close to the best beaches (among the others, Palombaggia, Acciaghju..). Bonifacio is 30 mins, Porto Vecchio just 10.
If you tired, you can rest in the 2 swimming pools of the residence.
It is not cheap but I guess cost is over-balanced. To come back again and again.
