A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Hello Guest(s)! Welcome to 1124 Cherry Lane., West Lafayette, Indiana 47906. We (Nadine - Owner and Cedric - Co-Host) are so glad you decided to stay here. We hope you have a great time in West Lafayette, Indiana.
We are happy to share this special getaway with you. You are less than a block from Ross-Ade stadium, less than four blocks from Mackey Arena, and the rest of Purdue campus is accessible. City bus service is available every half hour along Northwestern Ave. The West Lafayette Parks Recreation and Trail Map shows some fantastic parks, trails, and footpaths available in the neighborhood. My favorite is the Celery Bog Nature Area/Lilly Nature Center. There is an area to sit and watch nature. Animals come to the area and you can observe animals in their natural habitat.
You'll enjoy staying in this private home. Hopefully the home will help you enjoy your stay with all its amenities. Walk into the well decorated living room with full wall window looking out to the Purdue Ackerman-Allen golf course across Cherry Lane. The living room features: A sofa, a flat screen TV, a fireplace, and a sheet showing the WiFi password. The living room opens up into a dinette area and glass doors to the patio. The dinette area is where you can enjoy dinner cooked at home or delivered from one of our many nearby restaurants. The dinette area features: a dining table with seating for 4 people. The open fully equipped kitchen features: everything you need to cook meals at home. The glass doors provide access to a convenient patio with chairs. There are two hallways to the bedrooms, one adjacent to the living room and the other adjacent to the dinette area. The hallway adjacent to the dinette area leads to the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom suite consists of an adjoining bathroom and a walk in closet. The master bedroom features a king size bed, a dresser, two nightstands, a side table, and a chair. The master bathroom features two sinks, a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a toilet enclosure. The hallway adjacent to living room leads to three bedrooms and a hallway full bathroom. Two of the three bedrooms each offer two double size beds. One of these bedrooms also includes a flat screen TV. The third bedroom which is adjacent to the living room offers a full size bed.
During your stay you will appreciate that you are less than a mile from each of the following: Purdue campus, Ross-Ade Stadium, Mackey Arena, Birck Golf Complex, Folk Field and Boilermaker Soccer Complex, Schwartz Tennis Center, Alexander Field, Celery Bog Nature Area, Faith West including Cafe Literato and community playground, Happy Hollow Park, and West Lafayette downtown full of restaurants, bars, and attractions.
Also the City of West Lafayette has rental housing occupancy limits of either (1) one family and no more than two unrelated guests or (2) no more than three unrelated guests. The City requires submission of an Occupancy Affidavit stating the names and relationships of each guest. Please complete both the rental agreement and the West Lafayette Occupancy Affidavit when booking your stay.
You should find everything that you need, but if you have a question that isn't covered in here, please do get in touch and let me know how I can help. We hope you enjoy yourself and visit again in the future!
Upon arrival, we would love to know what you initially think of the place. We would like to know if you experience any issues during your stay. We would love the opportunity to address any issues prior to the end of your booking.

This was exactly what we needed for a week with our family to help a parent battling cancer. I'm very grateful for the house & space. However, we communicated why we were coming into town & we messaged that we would be arriving into the wee hours. @ 130a.m. the home was not cleaned at all. We contacted the number at the house and thru vrbo. We ended up finding a hotel to go to. We lugged all of our suitcases, cooler, and 3 kids into a hotel at 230am. We were lucky to find one. We had to unload our car because everything was strapped to a luggage carrier. We had to load and strap all of this back up by check out next day with nowhere to go. Some of our stuff got wet in the rain. They did get back with us that morning to tell us that there was a death in the cleaning lady's family & she missed the house, & it would be ready by 4pm that day. Luckily we had family we could hang out with until that time. They did apologize and paid for our night in the hotel, but for the hassle i think more should have been done w/out asking. The home needs maintenance & a deep cleaning. The kitchen cabinet insides needed cleaned, sagging door, and soured towels. The dryer is on its last leg. Beds were ok, but cheap linens. Mouse poop on the counter at end of week. Not much room to put groceries into cabinets because they are so stocked & the only ones free were on bottom w/ broken shelf & above micro. We were very busy & stressed & did not have time to message host with these issues.

This house is funtastic! Cedric is the perfect host, the location is unbeatable! Description is exact as said. We had a great time here for our daughter’s graduation, we are a big family living in different locations so to be able to be together was priceless. A big thank you for Cedric’s baker kiddos, they made the most delicious cakeWe highly recommend this place. Thanks again for our stay!

The property was great. There was a moldy smell in the kitchen/ dining area, other than that it was comfortable. Would recommend blankets for the master bedroom as the comforter on the bed is very thin and not warm enough.

We stayed at this Vrbo during a very difficult time as we were in town for a funeral. The hosts truly went above and beyond. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. What touched us the most was the thoughtful gesture of leaving us a delicious, homemade cake made by their children- it meant more than they will ever know and brought a bit of comfort when our family really needed it. While the home and location were perfect for our needs, the kindness shown from this host family during an extremely difficult time, is something we treasured and will never forget.Cedric and family - Thank you for your kindness and hospitality from the depths of my heart. We pray blessings beyond measure for your family and thank you for blessing all of us. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this lovely place to anyone. Sincerely, Amy and family
