-A mail key is not included in this listing, please have any mail or packages delivered to the nearest post office
-Please keep the lanai door closed and the front door locked when you are not present in the unit.
-Please leave the Condo entrance key on the kitchen counter when you check out. A fine of $150 will be passed on to the guest for a lost key.
Please treat the home and its furnishings with care.A $25 charge will apply for stains on items.A $50 charge will apply for handling and shipping of lost & found items.These policies help us maintain the property in excellent condition and ensure smooth service for all guests. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE UNIT or on the unit property unless explicitly designated by a sign designating an area for smoking. Additionally if the smell of smoking Tobacco, Hemp, Clove, Marijuana or any other organic or inorganic substances is observed inside the unit upon your departure there will be a $500 charge. Additionally, any evidence of illegal substances (Marijuana or other illegal substances) left behind by guests will be reported to authorities.
