Welcome to our newly remodeled 2/1 house in Sarasota! Close to the beaches, UTC, and Benderson Park, this stylish home offers modern comfort and coastal charm.

The space
The master room has a king sized bed with 2 night stand and reading lights above. It has a large closet with open shelves and a 58” Tv on the wall. The guest bedroom has a triple bunk and dresser as well as a closet with open shelves. The living room does have a pull out couch if you need extra sleeping space.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole house from the front door. There is a side door to the house that leads to a mostly vacant spare room. That you will not have access to.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. It’s close to restaurants and shopping, and less than 10 minutes from Nathan Benderson Park for the event we attended. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen has the basics but not a lot of extras, which worked out fine for us. We would stay here again.

We loved The Peaceful Place for our stay! It truly was a peaceful area that felt safe, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby for easy navigating. It was easy to access main roads to take us downtown and close to the I-75. It had everything we would need for our 5 night stay and it was nice to have access to the laundry. The hosts were prompt and helpful when needed. We would stay here again the next time we're in Sarasota. Thank you for a lovely place to call home on our vacation.

SUCH a great location. Close to shops and restaurants in the area & short drive to so many beaches. The house is so nice and cute! Host was also great communicator and allowed us to extend our stay super last minute!

In town for high school spring training (softball). Perfect location, close to field and groceries and very clean!
