Welcome home…. This lovely 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood. A fast-growing town south of Raleigh, near Holly Springs, Cary, and Durham, a 10-minute walk to parks, locally owned breweries, bakeries/cafes, restaurants, and specialty shops. No smoking is allowed in the home. Great for short and long stays. The first floor contains the living and dining areas, a full kitchen with cooking utensils, a half bath, and a laundry room. Both bedrooms, a full bath, and workspace are on the 2nd floor. One bedroom features a full and the other two twin beds. The workspace includes a desk and chair. TVs are in both bedrooms and living areas. Spectrum cable and internet throughout the home.
Guest access
Private driveway with parking for two vehicles at the rear of the home. Will be given a door access code for the main doors.

Please do not request to stay if you are within a 30-mile radius from Fuquay Varina, I prefer no locals.

Comfortable home. Host provided nice things in kitchen and bathrooms to make visit more comfortable. Nice touches!

Nice property. Very quiet neighborhood. Property manager very responsive and there to help with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, met our needs for a place to stay while waiting for our new home to be completed. Hosts were responsive to our questions.
