Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located cottage. Located in the historic Pecan District off Raguet, this house is walking distance to SFA & Homer Bryce Stadium. Perfect for attending SFA tailgates, summer orientation, or parents' weekends. Close to the azalea gardens, native plant center & Lanana creek walking & biking trails. The house is newly updated with central heat & air, energy-efficient windows, & a remodeled bathroom. Yet, it still has the original hardwood floors, fun tile, shiplap & a large backyard for entertaining. Backyard is fenced & home is pet-friendly (pet deposit required).

We had another host cancel on us last minute because they double booked the property. We had to book last minute and everything went smoothly. Nice place and very comfortable.

We’ve stayed here several times when visiting our daughter at SFA. Great location. Very clean and comfortable home. Looking forward to staying again.

Property was clean, comfortable, and close to SFA campus. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Also, dog friendly. Large backyard. Nice neighborhood.

I thought with the extra charges it was a lot for what we got.
The house was ok. Had trouble with tv remotes, possibly needed new batteries but couldn’t find any.
Outside area was nice but the table and chairs were nasty. Had to clean off before we could use it. Overall was ok
