We welcome you to our lovely, brand-new 80 m² Provençal villa, completely private, on enclosed grounds with an above-ground pool.
It features 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with an en suite bathroom.
A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room.
A true slice of paradise, nestled among the vineyards, in a very quiet setting.

The accommodation
This Provençal-style villa is very pleasant, bright, and quiet.
You’ll find a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge/freezer, 4-burner induction cooktop, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, food processor, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils.
The kitchen opens onto the living room.The air-conditioned living room features a large sofa, a large-screen smart TV, and a dining table for 6 guests.
The sleeping area consists of a master suite (160 cm bed) with an en suite bathroom and a laundry room with a toilet, washing machine, and dryer.
A second bedroom (160 cm bed).
A third bedroom (140 cm bed).
A separate bathroom.
A second separate toilet.
Linens are provided (sheets, towels, dish towels). The beds will be made upon your arrival.
The living room opens onto a beautiful, shaded 50 m² terrace equipped with a large table and 6 chairs.
The enclosed garden features an above-ground pool, a gas grill, sun loungers, a hammock, patio furniture, and a bocce court (bocce balls provided).
You’ll find basic supplies (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar) as well as cleaning supplies.
Board games are available.
The villa is equipped with an internet router and Wi-Fi.


The villa is located near hiking trails, 5 minutes from St. Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, 35 minutes from Aix-en-Provence (a spa town with a casino), 50 minutes from Marseille, 1 hour from the Gorges du Verdon, 55 minutes from the beaches, 25 minutes from the Sainte Baume Caves, and 1 hour from Fréjus/St Raphaël.


Guest access
Parking (2 spaces) in the enclosed garden secured by an electric gate. An 18 m² garage is available.

Additional notes
Coffee and tea are provided upon your arrival, along with homemade treats crafted by Josiane for “Les Délices de Zette.”
