A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Stay in a newer downtown building with elevator access, a rooftop hot tub, and secure garage parking, all just steps from Walnut Creek's best dining and shopping. Pets are welcome at no extra charge, and the building's elevator makes getting in and out with a dog much easier than a walk-up.
The apartment includes modern finishes, in-unit washer and dryer, fast WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and a full kitchen with contemporary appliances. There's a king bed, a contemporary bathroom, and keypad entry for flexible check-in. The building's courtyard has a gas fire pit and water feature. EV charging is available in the garage. Professionally cleaned before every arrival.
For your dog, the Iron Horse Trail is the big draw. It's a paved trail nearby that stretches for miles through the East Bay and is great for walks and runs. There are parks in the area as well. For you, Broadway Plaza is walking distance with shopping and dozens of restaurants. Trader Joe's is close for groceries. BART is nearby for trips to San Francisco, Mt. Diablo is about 20 minutes for hiking, and wine country is under an hour. The rooftop terrace has views of the surrounding hills for when you want to unwind.
A comfortable stay for you and your pup in a location that makes it easy to enjoy the area.

Good location, great property. Hosts were available to answer questions.

Great location. Great responses from management. Unfortunate that I had to call back and forth a number of times at checkin trying to find the right "lockbox" which was inconspicuous around a dark corner. Also circuit breaker blew when toasting, and the box was hidden behind a wall textile.

As advertised and pleasant. Tidy, a bit corporate feeling, good layout and spacious. Everything worked well, including when the garage opener needed a new battery and when I locked myself out and needed access. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, balcony was a nice bonus. Walking distance to a lot of great Walnut Creek places.
