This refuge is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends looking for comfort, functionality and a relaxing experience by the sea, in one of the most beautiful regions of the Algarve.
The apartment, with 94 m², is distributed over two floors. On the first floor, there is an entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed, an open-concept living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The living area and kitchen have access to two patios: one facing north with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining, and another facing south with a barbecue and direct access to the kitchen, ideal for social gatherings.
On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, a family bathroom with a shower and access to two terraces with a view of the condominium, offering relaxing space and privacy for all guests.

Localização central com supermercado, talho, café, restaurantes e mercado perto. A 5 minutos a pé das praias de Manta Rota. O apartamento dispõe de um agradável terraço para descansar e fazer as refeições.
O terraço poderia ter uma mesa maior de forma que permitisse que os 5 se sentassem. Na cozinha faltam alguns elementos como colheres de pau e facas de corte.

Easy location.
Air conditioning/heating device was to be fixed twice. Ants should be repelled.
