This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit features a private balcony with beautiful slope views. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, the entire unit features updated hardwood floors and granite countertops. Oro Grande is nearly equal distance from River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area, and a short drive from Arapahoe Basin. Oro Grande Lodge also offers shared amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub.
Entryway offers convenient storage for your gear as you come and go with a storage bench, hooks and closet. The living area features a Smart TV, surround sound system, queen-sized sleeper sofa all next to a beautiful gas fireplace. Additional sheets and blankets provided in the closet. The large sliding glass doors allow plenty of natural light, and beautiful slope views.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Down the hall is the full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The primary bedroom features a Queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom also features a Queen size bed and has a flat screen TV with bathroom access just across the hall.
**Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. Walk to Peru lift is 8min in normal shoes. If you have kids or gear on double that. If you want to take the gondola up the mountain, 3 min drive and still walk from parking to lift. The condo itself is great for a family. Truth be told, I’m a minimalist and all the stuff, decor, bowls, pillows, etc annoyed me. I would’ve liked better quality silverware and fun dinnerware instead but that’s obviously just me. It was also hot, but so was the pool water so I loved that we played for longer than usual.

Great location! Just as pictured and described. Building needs a bit of an update but the unit was perfect for 2 couples.

It was very clean and organized. We appreciated the multiple humidifiers. Other reviews noted that it was quite warm, and that was true. But there were several fans, and windows that opened in every room. Would stay here again.

The property was very clean. There were more than enough kitchen items for cooking use. Our main issue was how hot the unit was. Even with the thermostat turned down to 60 we had to keep windows and the patio door open. Also there needs to be a different process for towels for the hot tub/pool. We had 6 adults and only 8 towels to use for bathing plus the hot tub/pool and not allowed anymore unless you stay five or more days or launder them yourself on site. Also all closets/dressers are so full with blankets, vacuums, pictures, fans etc that it’s hard for 6 people to put their clothes and items out of the way to relax. The condo says not pet friendly but were greeted with a dog rug at the unit plus saw dog deodorizer spray in the bathroom and saw many other guests in and on the property with dogs.
